A Human-Centered Approach in AI Deployment, our online course at Aalto Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE), explores the human-centered approach in the deployment of AI, focusing on its transformative potential and the critical role of individuals and organizations in managing its impact. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement AI in ways that are ethical, effective, and centered around people. Participants will examine AI deployment at three levels: individual, workplace, and European.

- Emotions in human behavior
- The influence of emotions on individual decision-making
- The non-rational nature of individuals in the workplace
- The importance of the individual in the European context
- Power dynamics, European values, and regulation
