Center for Knowledge and Innovation Research

CKIR, founded in 1999, is an independent, international, academic and multidisciplinary research centre at the Aalto University School of Economics. The centre was established to promote research on sustainable, open and human-centric knowledge and innovation development, conducting interdisciplinary research on organization, management, and social sciences, as well as on individual and contextual perception, cognition and emotion: all this is done from a firm, social, economic and technological point of view.
